(Although we do not like it, unforeseen damage can occur during construction. Take a look at that sink! However, we were working with an excellent contractor. Before observation the contractor proactively informed me that a new sink was ordered and already on its way. Before the Grand Opening, this sink was seamlessly replaced; and, the restroom was in working order.)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project converted existing dormitory space to an office building. This required the addition of a new parking lot and a Site Development Plan submission to the City of Denver. This project needed new mechanical cooling units on the roof, new ductwork, replacement of exterior windows, some very complex wall demolition due to the age of the building, new wall construction to form new spaces, the addition of Solatube skylights in all offices and conference rooms, new lighting, and new finishes.
